Former Indian diplomat’s claims ‘troubling example’ of disinformation: PMO

The Prime Minister’s Office may not respond to a lot of things quickly but when it comes to Justin Trudeau’s reputation, expect a quick reaction.

Deepak Vohra, a former Indian ambassador to Sudan, claimed there was a “credible rumour” that Trudeau’s plane “was full of cocaine” during the recent G20 meeting in New Delhi.

The PMO issued a statement tout suite: “This (is) absolutely false and a troubling example of how disinformation can make its way into media reporting.”

Vohra also said during a debate show that Trudeau “did not come out of his room for two days,” “looked depressed and stressed” and “he has become lonely,” hinting that it all was drug-related.

He also criticized Trudeau for having little knowledge of international relations and said he behaves like a small child, which, sure.

WARMINGTON: Nazi unit soldier being cheered in the House of Commons a dark day

Never did we expect to hear the word “Nazi” so many times in one week, but leave it to the Trudeau Liberals for the repetition.

By now you know the now-former speaker of the house Anthony Rota “apologized and accepted full responsibility for issuing the invitation and for the recognition in Parliament” of a Ukrainian-Canadian veteran.

Jaroslav Hunka appeared in the House while Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was visiting but turned out, it became one of the worst blunders in the history of the House of Commons after it was discovered the 98-year-old fought with a Ukrainian military branch of Adolf Hitler’s Nazi party.

It was as ugly as ugly can get, Joe Warmington reported, and as dark a day Canada has ever seen.

Trump calls Howard Stern a ‘broken weirdo’ as woke feud explodes; shock jock fires back

There was a time when Donald Trump and Howard Stern were pals, but that ship sailed ages ago.

Auston ‘Papi’ Matthews smashes homer during Rogers Centre batting practice

If the Blue Jays are in the market for a left-handed pull-hitter (and based on their inconsistent offence, some would agree they are), Toronto Maple Leafs star Auston Matthews could be a contender – if he were to give up his day job.

Hey, with a nickname like “Papi,” it’s kind of perfect.

Matthews showed off some of his prowess at the plate during a batting practice session, rocking one over the right field wall, which delighted his teammates Mitch Marner, Morgan Rielly and William Nylander.

His bat flip wasn’t quite Bautista-like but he did get to jog around the bases.

Marner, on the other hand, didn’t fare as well, with Matthews calling him “a one-sport athlete.”
