Samsung is all set to expand its Android tablet lineup in India. The company will soon launch the Galaxy Tab A9 Android tablet in the country.
Samsung has confirmed that it will launch the Galaxy Tab A9 Android tablet in India on October 5. The tablet is also confirmed to be available online on Amazon.in. Now the company has started teasing the device on the e-commerce platform. Samsung has offered a glimpse of the tablet’s impending launch on Amazon India’s website through two banners displaying the messages, “Upcoming Galaxy Tab” and “Reveal on October 5th.”
Although the banners don’t explicitly specify the tablet’s model, they are linked to the Galaxy Tab A9 category through image names, thus confirming its identity as the Galaxy Tab A9.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 expected features
Recently, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, set to be released soon, made an appearance on Google Play Console. In this listing, crucial specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 were disclosed.
According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. This Android tablet is expected to feature 4GB of RAM.
In terms of display, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 is anticipated to house an LCD screen with a resolution of 1340×800 pixels. There are rumors that this Android tablet will operate on the Android 13 operating system. Additionally, the device is projected to support 4G connectivity. As of now, no further details about the tablet are available.
