Bobby Deol in recent times has seen a resurgence in his career with projects like Ashram, Class of 83, Housefull 4 and Race 3. He is now gearing up for one of his biggest releases in Sandeep Vanga Reddy’s Animal, where he will be playing the antagonist opposite Ranbir Kapoor’s character.
Bobby Deol took to Instagram to share his menacing look from the film, calling himself , “Animal ka Enemy” in the post.


Soon after that, the actor has got support from each and every member of his family starting with Dad Dharmendra, brothers Sunny and Abhay Deol and sister Esha Deol. Dharmendra wrote “Love you, Bob. You look great. I was waiting for this eagerly.” While Sunny said “Yes Bob, go for it.” Abhay Deol shared heart emojis and Esha shared her enthusiasm with a muscle emoji.
The film is scheduled to release on December 1, with the teaser of the film releasing on September 28th on Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday. The teaser is expected to showcase adrenaline-pumping moments and action sequences featuring Ranbir, Anil and Bobby.


Animal also stars Tripti Dimri and Shakti Kapoor. Initially, the film was scheduled to release with ‘Gadar 2’ and ‘OMG 2’ on August 11, but the makers then pushed its release date to December over post production issues. Sandeep Vanga Reddy had shared a video to explain the reason behind delaying the film.He said ,“For example, there are seven songs in the film. Multiplied into five languages that becomes 35 songs. With different sets of lyricists and singers, it is going to take a little more time than I actually planned for. “
The film’s synopsis reads as, “A gangster drama that explores the turbulent relationships between all the characters that eventually lead to the protagonist becoming an ‘animal’ in nature.” Animal is clashing with Vicky Kaushal‘s Sam Bahadur.
