NEW DELHI: As opener Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli laid a solid unbeaten century-plus stand to help India recover from early Rohit Sharma blow against Sri Lanka, both the batters dealt severely with the Lankan bowlers at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
As Gill and Kohli dealt in boundaries in a counter-attacking strategy, both delighted the jam-packed stadium and provided India with a solid platform.
And amid the flowing boundaries there was one shot in particular from young Gill that even left Kohli astonished.

The power and the pace with which it went to the boundary even left Kohli in disbelief.
