Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have announced that they’re making their return to public life with a new podcast in which they promise “nothing is off limits.”

The former GMA3: What You Need to Know co-anchors and colleagues were taken off the air nearly a year ago after it was revealed the two had engaged in a workplace affair.

After ABC formally parted ways with the pair in January, Robach, 50, and Holmes, 46, slipped out of the public eye. But the couple will launch Amy & T.J. on Dec. 5 on iHeartRadio.

“How’s this for Instagram official?” Robach shared in a social media post along with the hashtag #silentnomore. In the smiling picture, Robach looks into the camera with a big grin as Holmes embraces her from behind.

Robach and Holmes “will get behind the microphone to explore meaningful conversations about current events, pop culture, and everything in between. Nothing is off limits,” iHeartMedia said in announcing the deal [per Variety].

Amy & T.J. is guaranteed to be informative, entertaining, and above all, authentic; it will mark the first time Robach and Holmes speak publicly since their own names became a part of the headlines,” the pair said in a statement.

But a former ABC insider called the upcoming show “gross,” telling Fox News that the couple’s affair was an open secret at ABC.

“It was just something people gossiped about, but I guess they were not discreet,” the source said.

“It was hugely embarrassing,” the insider continued of the affair going public, saying that it hurt their former colleagues at GMA3. “People are trying to work, and it’s a privilege to host (a show) and have people listen to you.”

Robach and Holmes were forced out of GMA 3 after the Daily Mail published photos of the co-workers cozying up with one another in New York City. As rumours began to swirl that the chummy colleagues were an item, ABC quickly sidelined the television personalities.

According to TMZ, Holmes and Robach, who reportedly embarked on an extramarital affair in March 2022 after their marriages fell apart, were initially “confused and frustrated why the ABC News brass at first told people internally there would be no disciplinary action, and then the company did an about-face.”

In taking them off the air last December, ABC News President Kim Godwin told staffers their relationship had become an “internal and external distraction.”

Holmes filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig on Dec. 28, with Robach splitting with her Melrose Place hubby Andrew Shue last summer.

“Amy has no regrets,” an insider told Us Weekly after news of the affair made headlines.

“This was two consenting adults who were each separated. They both broke up with their spouses in August within weeks of each other. The relationship didn’t start until after that,” another confidante spilled to PEOPLE.

In sharing its announcement, iHeartMedia called Robach and Holmes “a formidable broadcasting team.”

On Instagram, fans cheered the news, with Today show weatherman Al Roker writing, “Welcome back.”

Billy Bush, who himself was ousted from his gig on the Today show over the infamous Donald Trump Access Hollywood interview, also applauded their return.

“Bravo. Shame works if you let it. Be happy and kick ass,” he wrote. “I will download that pod and take it running.”
