Known as ‘sudus custom’ on YouTube with over 3.45 lakh subscribers, Rakesh Babu seems to have taken inspiration from the first-gen Porsche 911 that was produced between 1964 and 1989.Finished in a yellow shade, the Porsche 911 replica has been fully handmade with a tin-sheet body and a metal pipe chassis. The car is actually an EV, offering about 30 km on one single charge.
Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster Review: Crazy sound and performance! | TOI Auto
While the custom built is a commendable job, it looks far smaller than an actual Porsche 911, and would instead pass-off as a toy car on roads. The headroom inside this custom-built Porsche 911 is so cramped that Rakesh Babu had to create an open roof to fit his head inside the vehicle! The interior is pretty basic, but the exterior job is well finished considering the car is completely built by hand.
It is surprising to see the driver drive the car effortlessly despite the roof of the car being right in front of his eyesight at the natural seating position of the car! However, the Porsche 911 replica is a work of an art, and not a car that is made for the roads anyway!
