Candidates who appeared for the exam held between October 3 to 6, 2023, will be able to check their results on the official website at ssc.nic.in
According to the notice released by the SSC, the minimum marks you need to score in Paper 1 to qualify (without any bonus marks for NCC certificate holders) are as follows:
- UR: 60 marks
- OBC/EWS: 50 marks
- All other categories: 40 marks

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a physical endurance test (PET) or physical standard test (PST), which will be conducted by the CAPFs.The schedule of the PET/PST will be announced by the Regional Offices of the Commission in due course. Candidates should visit the websites of the Regional Offices of the Commission regularly for updates on the admission certificates for the PET/PST.
Regarding answer key, the Commission mentioned that they have carefully reviewed all representations received from candidates regarding the answer keys and made changes wherever necessary. The final answer keys have been used to evaluate the exam. Further that they will soon upload the marks of qualified and non-qualified candidates to the Commission’s website, along with the final answer keys.
Further on the normalisation of marks scored by the candidates, and awarding bonus scores to candidates having NCC Certificates, the notice said: “Marks scored by the candidates have been normalized as per the provisions of the Notice of Examination (Para-12.3). Such normalized marks have been used for processing the result. Bonus marks have been provisionally awarded to those candidates who have claimed to hold National Cadet Corps (NCC) Certificate in their Application Form. Such Candidates will have to substantiate their claim at the time of Document Verification (DV).”

SSC SI CAPF and Delhi Police SI Paper 1 is a competitive exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). After the written test, round 2 consists of PET/PST. The PET is a more general test that assesses the candidate’s overall physical fitness. It typically includes activities such as running, jumping, and throwing. The PST is a more specific test that assesses the candidate’s ability to meet the physical requirements of the job they are applying for. For example, the PST for SSC SI CAPF and Delhi Police SI may include activities such as a rope climb, a push-up test, and a sit-up test.
