After Hamas launched its murderous attack on Israel on Saturday, Khalifa, a Lebanese-American adult film performer who was once PornHub’s highest-ranked adult star before she turned to OnlyFans, wrote on X, “If you can look at the situation in Palestine and not be on the side of Palestinians, then you are on the wrong side of apartheid and history will show that in time.”

Later, she inflamed her five million-plus followers further by adding, “Can someone please tell the freedom fighters in Palestine to flip their phones and film horizontal.”

At the top of her X profile, she challenged detractors with a direct message, writing, “I just wanna make sure there’s 4k footage of my people breaking down the walls of the open air prison they’ve been forced out of their homes and into so we have good options for the history books that write about how how they freed themselves from apartheid.”

Khalifa also shared an image of armed Palestinian terrorists and wrote, “This is a renaissance painting.”

She then criticized Kylie Jenner for posting and deleting a message in support of Israel, writing, “If true journalism exists, the next person to talk to Kylie Jenner will ask for her opinion on geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and not break eye contact until she can string one coherent sentence together since she wants to take a stance to her 400M followers so badly.”

Her comments immediately drew massive backlash, with one person writing, “‘My people.’ You silly simpleton. You’d never survive in Gaza. In fact the only place in the Middle East a woman like you is afforded full rights is Israel. That must be hard to swallow,”

“Head back there and see how they treat you,” a second person challenged.

Following her comments, Playboy cut ties with the performer, who was one of its content creators on its Centerfold platform.

“We are writing today to let you know of our decision to terminate Playboy’s relationship with Mia Khalifa, including deleting Mia’s Playboy channel on our creator platform,” the company shared in a statement.

“Mia has made disgusting and reprehensible comments celebrating Hamas’ attacks on Israel and the murder of innocent men, women and children.”

Khalifa received threats from ISIS in 2014 for wearing a hijab while shooting a sex scene. The bounty on her head forced her to shift gears as she pursued a career in adult entertainment.

“It all started to spiral out of control when the death threats from ISIS started coming in. That’s when I stepped away,” she told Lance Armstrong on his podcast in 2018.

But when she joined the Centerfold program back in 2022, Playboy hailed Khalifa as “fearless.”

“Mia’s fearless, direct, thought-provoking and fun-loving approach to life and her career make her an important addition to our Centerfold community,” PLBY Group CEO Ben Kohn said in a statement at the time.
