Aston Martin today launched the DB12 super tourer in India at a price of Rs 4.59 crore(ex-showroom). The company states that the Aston Martin DB12 deliveries will commence in the second quarter of 2024. It is the successor to the DB11 across the country.

The British carmaker has made some minor design changes to the new DB12 supercar. It comes equipped with a bigger front grille with new LED headlamps, a three-piece LED DRL, a slightly tweaked front bumper, 21-inch alloy wheels and flush-fitting door handles.

Inside the cabin, the Aston Martin DB12 comes equipped with a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system. It gets three drive modes, namely GT, Sport and Sport+.
Aston Martin DB12: Engine specs
Under the hood, the DB12 super tourer is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbocharged engine, churning out an impressive peak power of 670 hp and a max torque of 800 Nm. The engine comes mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to the rear wheels. It accelerates from 0-100 kmph in barely 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 325 kmph, says the manufacturer.

“Marking its 110th anniversary, 2023 has seen Aston Martin shine brighter than ever, supported by the arrival of a true-game changing model, the Aston Martin DB12,” says Gregory Adams, Regional President-Asia, Aston Martin.
Further, he added, “We are proud to present and launch the DB12 Coupe, the world’s first Super Tourer to media, customers and prospects in India over the coming weeks, commencing in New Delhi, and continuing to Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai.”
