Momo Noodle is the last installment and will bring ban mian, or Chinese “dry” noodles to Saluhall. In 2023, it was named one of the Bay Area’s best food trucks by the San Francisco Chronicle (The Chronicle and SFGATE are both owned by Hearst but have separate newsrooms).
